After months of restoration, the Maypole Gardens in Marazion are officially open and available for community and private event bookings. The refurbishment has given this much-loved local space a fresh new lease of life — creating a vibrant outdoor area for performances, gatherings, and celebrations right in the heart of town.
A Revitalised Community Space
The refurbishment was supported through Levelling Up and Shared Prosperity funding, with around £160,000 invested to improve accessibility, landscaping, and facilities. The goal: to create a multi-purpose outdoor venue that benefits both residents and visitors.
